Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Northern packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Print your prepaid shipping label and schedule a carrier pickup or drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
